ABOUT ME …
To explain where I am now, I need to go back a fair few years ago to when I was 22. After achieving high grades throughout my education, I started on the Deloitte graduate scheme in their consulting practice and was enjoying the start of my professional working career in London. After some strange symptoms and a short stay in hospital I was diagnosed with relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
I responded to this challenge (although the work is never done!) and I have gone on to have a successful 15+ year career in the Financial Services industry as a change management expert and executive coach, working with a wide range of individuals including FTSE 100 Board members.
Over the years (and quite a lot of trial and error!) I have learnt which techniques and approaches work best for me to manage my career and medical condition in parallel. I am passionate about supporting other high-performing individuals with chronic neurological health conditions to have successful, fulfilling careers. I also believe it is important to support and educate employers so that they can fully realise the benefits of their entire workforce.
I am a certified coach and NLP (with Neuroscience) Practitioner and work both on a one-to-one basis with individuals and managers, and also with teams.
